Not only was the tech, Mick, friendly and professional, but he fixed my computer FAST!!! He replaced the broken part, tuned it up for me and now my computer runs better than it did before. My laptop was underperforming and extremely sluggish. Mick got a hold of it and did a complete system restore and cleanup. Wow! What a difference that made.
